UAW Goes on Strike Against GM

In the first nationwide strike since 1976, thousands of United Auto Workers walked off the job at GM plants around the country during contract negotiations. Apparently the long running talks between GM and the union broke down over health care costs and job security.



I'm all for job security but I am and have always been against unions. My personal opinion is that job security comes from working hard and producing a great product.
