A bus tour introduces prospective buyers to foreclosed homes in a New York suburb. With foreclosures affecting people from all classes, the tour operator is now planning more tours, including some in wealthy neighborhoods. Fred Katayama reports from New York.

I would not call them Vultures but bargain hunters.
I tend to agree. I have always understood that the best deals for homebuyers were foreclosures.
