Honestly I think the federal reserve is more the problem to the United States, than a solution. I've been into the Los Angles Real Estate market for quite some time now and It seems like every time the fed lowers the interest rate there is a mad dash to refinance property, often resulting with people getting loans they don't quite understand and losing their property.
Gets a little old after you see it enough.
