I'm trying something new on all three of my sites to see how well they work. I was approved to azoogle ads today, and have put a couple of them up. I was very interested in seeing how well they are going to work out, and if it pays out more than google adsense or bidvertiser. I will post more on it in a month or so.
I did a bit of searching and there are a few real estate blogs out there, and some of them are quite good, but there are just not a whole boatload of them around that post regularly. I guess since it is such a specialized niche for bloggers, and the fact the brokers work so hard, they probably don't want to blog about real estate when they are not at work.
I just spent a little time reading articles over at Life Guru, and I liked what I read. I will most definitely have to stop back in and check out what's new. Any opportunity for me to learn more is great.
I used to listen to Clark Howard's radio show religiously. He is always good for financial advice, and home purchasing is included. I've added his section on real estate in my links to the right. A very good resource if you are looking for your first home, as well as investment property.
